About Us
We are cedr co, a Junior Achievement company of twenty-eight high school students and four mentors driven to improve work flow through ethically-sourced wooden phone stands. Everything is handmade - we cut, sand, stain and engrave each stand one by one. Throughout these sixteen weeks, our goal is to create a successful product and learn more about the ins and outs of running a company.

Junior Achievement
Junior Achievement (JA) is an NGO striving to teach today's youth about business. We get a chance to speak with educators, workers in the field and volunteers about what we learn and the real world application of our newfound knowledge. Our program, the Company Program, lets us plan, create and run our own company from scratch and become well-versed in skills such a financial literacy, professionalism and entrepreneurship.
Our Mission
As a company, our mission is to provide a convenient and aesthetically-pleasing solution to enhance a user's digital experience. By choosing to use sustainable, ethically-sourced wood and make our products by hand, we strive to stay conscious about our impact in today's society. Our proceeds go back to Junior Achievement and our chosen charity.

Our Charity
We've chosen to donate 25% of our proceeds to Pathways To Education. They provide the resources needed to break the cycle of poverty and graduate from high school to youth from low-income communities.
Our Team
Our team consists of twenty-eight high school students. Coming from over five schools and ranging from grade nine to twelve we each hope to contribute to the company and bring new ideas each week. Every Tuesday, we meet and work together to improve our product and our company as a whole. We aim to succeed!

Our Mentors
We have four mentors - Jerome, Carly, Jason and Chris. Thanks to them, we have adult supervision (stay safe!) and bring first-hand knowledge and expertise to the table.
